Bound in brown covers measuring 32.5x22, with "Report of the Ordnance Survey -- 1855-56." stamped in gold on the black leather spine. Treasury minute includes memorandum by Sir Charles Trevelyan, Lord Elcho, and Sir Henry James. Inside front cover: page signed by Henry James, L'General ... 1875.
